What is ImpactTALENT.
ImpactTALENT is Aruba’s leading workforce accelerator program. We equip individuals who are determined to thrive and build a better future with real-world skills, a growth mindset, and direct access to employers through training, real-world simulations, case challenges, job coaching, and apprenticeship opportunities.
ImpactTALENT has been developed by Impact Hub Aruba in partnership with key stakeholders from industries in response to Aruba's current labor shortage challenges. ImpactTALENT bridges the gap between education, experience and job-readiness.

Program Structure
Skills Development
Individuals receive 12 expert-led sessions cover key job-readiness development skills:
- Changemaking & Growth mindset
- Workplace communication & Collaboration
- Leadership & Problem solving
- Efficiency & Time Management
- Real-world simulations
All participants will be assigned a job-coach, who will guide your development.
Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship track is only intended for unemployed participants and includes working 2x per week at our program participating companies/organizations.
Employed participants will receive assignments to conduct at their respective workplace.
Job Speed Dating
This program concludes with a Job Speed Dating and Graduation event.

Job Speed Dating & Graduation
After completion of training and apprenticeship, ImpactTalent is finalized with job speed dating and graduation.
How to Enroll?
Complete your pre-enrollment by submitting the enrollment form. If you comply with all requirements, you will move into a pre-selection stage, where your information and motivation for participation will be reviewed by our team. If selected, you will receive an official confirmation on your acceptance with further payment instructions.*
* Unemployed individuals will receive a full sponsorship, depending on available funding and eligibility criteria. Proof of unemployment should be submitted.
