Terms and Conditions for Program Application
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Any misrepresentation or omission may result in disqualification from the program at any stage.

2. Consent to Data Use
You authorize the program organizers to collect, process, and store the personal data submitted as part of this application. This information will be used solely for the purposes of evaluating your application, managing the program, and maintaining communication with you.

3. Participation Fee and Financial Conditions
A participation fee is required to secure your placement in the program upon acceptance. The exact amount and payment instructions will be provided with your acceptance notice.

Applicants who are currently unemployed may be eligible for a full fee waiver, based on an assessment of submitted documentation (e.g., proof of unemployment, income status).

All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, dismissal, or non-completion of the program.

The only exception to this policy is in cases of documented medical emergencies, in which a formal refund request must be submitted in writing along with verified medical documentation. Approval is at the sole discretion of the program administrators.

4. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential information shared with you during the application process or as part of your participation in the program, including but not limited to proprietary materials, internal communications, and unpublished program content.

5. Participation Commitment
If selected, you commit to fully participating in the program, including attending scheduled sessions, completing required activities, and meeting all deadlines. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund or recourse.

6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any original ideas, content, or materials you develop during the program. However, you grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submitted materials for promotional, educational, or reporting purposes, with appropriate credit.

7. Publicity Consent
You consent to the use of your name, image, and any quotes or testimonials you provide for marketing and promotional purposes related to the program, in both print and digital formats.

8. Right to Disqualify
The program organizers reserve the right to reject or disqualify any application without prior notice if any of the terms are violated or if actions are deemed inconsistent with the spirit or objectives of the program.

9. Program Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any part of the program—including its structure, timeline, or benefits—at their sole discretion. Applicants will be notified of any substantial changes in a timely manner.

10. No Guarantee of Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Selection is at the sole discretion of the evaluation team based on established criteria.
